Visiting Us and Open Days
St Joseph’s School holds events during each term to enable prospective parents and children to visit the school and get a real feel for what we have to offer.
Open days give you the chance to see the school in action, speak to pupils and staff and have an informal chat with the Head Teacher, Deputy or Junior Head.
Prospective parents can also visit the school at any point throughout the year by prior appointment with the Registrar. Please contact Rebecca Walker on either 01566 772580 or email@example.com
We are currently offering socailly distanced visits - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make your appointment.

Discover how your child can join St Joseph’s in Year 7 and benefit from our small classes, outstanding teaching and exceptional results at GCSE.
All pupils currently in Year 6 are welcome to attend with parents to find out about Year 7 entry in 2022.
This is an informal evening and gives parents and children the chance to meet the Head Teacher and Senior School Staff.
Senior School Taster Day
Friday 28th January 2022
This is an opportunity for boys and girls who are currently in Year 6 to spend the day in the Senior School at St Joseph's. Pupils will spend the day following the timetable of a typical Year 7 to get a real experience of St Joseph's Senior School. This Taster Day is open to all internal and external children in Year 6 who are considering joining the Year 7 in September 2022. There are limited places available and booking is essential. To book a place for your child or for further information please contact the Registrar.
Joining Reception Class
For those looking to join our Reception Class at age 4, we offer Transition sessions throughout the Summer Term. This enable children to get to know the environment prior to joining in the September.
We are happy to offer taster days to all prospective pupils. Taster days enable your child to see how the typical school day works at St Joseph’s and to meet the teaching staff and pupils within the school. We feel that Taster days are an important introduction to the school and give your child the opportunity to find out whether they will enjoy this environment whilst giving our teachers the chance to get to know the child. We recommend that all children wishing to start at St Joseph’s have a least one taster day, ideally two or more.
We also attend the following shows;
Royal Cornwall Show and Launceston Show
Why not visit our stand to find out what St Joseph's has to offer your family.
If you have any questions or queries regarding attending an event or arranging an appointment please do not hesitate to contact our Registrar who will be happy to hear from you.
