Years 5 and 6 are currently spending 3 days at Camp Kernow which is an off-grid environmental adventure centre near Truro. It harnesses renewable energy and employs sustainable technologies, including composting toilets, reed-beds, solar powered water and biomass-fuelled showers. The camp brings green education to life, enabling children to understand and experience a new way of living in balance with nature.

During their stay, Years 5 and 6 are taking part in a packed programme of exciting, challenging and unforgettable experiences including wild food foraging, technical tree climbing and bat detecting!

They have had a brilliant time so far!
